I lead the technical direction of Digital Workforce, an IBM-wide initiative building profession-specific AI agents (“Digital Workers”) with fine-grained domain expertise, delivered across platforms including IBM Consulting Advantage and IBM Bob. This spans a knowledge acquisition program across 20+ professions and the methodology for turning that expertise into deployable, evaluated agents.
